1. Service Status (Waitlist & Beta)

By requesting access or joining the waitlist, you acknowledge that GuacamaIA is currently in a private beta phase. Access is limited, granted by invitation only, and there is no guarantee of continuous availability or permanence of current features.

2. Launch Promotion

The first 150 valid sign-ups on the waitlist will receive a 50% discount applicable to the individual subscription at the time of official launch.

The discount is personal and non-transferable.
Specific discount duration and conditions will be confirmed via email prior to launch.
We reserve the right to verify email validity and remove duplicate or fraudulent registrations.

3. Human-in-the-Loop

GuacamaIA is an AI-powered assistance system. Nothing is sent, distributed, or executed without your explicit confirmation. The system generates drafts and detects intent, but final control and responsibility rest solely with the user.

4. Recording Consent

It is the user's absolute responsibility to obtain informed consent from all participants before starting any audio capture or meeting processing. GuacamaIA provides the tool, but you are legally responsible for complying with privacy laws in your jurisdiction.

5. Limitation of Liability

Given the nature of large language models, GuacamaIA does not guarantee absolute accuracy in transcriptions or summaries. The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for interpretation errors, omissions, or failure to execute tasks arising from the use of the tool.

6. Governing Law (Colombia)

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute shall be resolved before the competent authorities in the city of Bogotá.
