• Waitlist management and spot allocation for the private beta.
• Sending communications related to your access status and product updates.
• Validation for applying the launch discount (first 150 sign-ups).

3. No-Training Protocol

Your data is sacred. We do not use your meeting content to train public AI models. Your knowledge remains private. We use infrastructure providers (Google Cloud, Gemini, Deepgram) under configurations that prioritize enterprise data privacy.

4. Information Security

We implement industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest using isolated cloud infrastructure. App access is managed via granular OAuth protocols, ensuring you only share what is strictly necessary for meeting execution.

5. Retention and Deletion

We will retain your data for the duration of the beta phase or until you request its deletion. When you delete a recording or your account, data is purged from our production systems within a reasonable timeframe (typically under 30 days), unless there is a legal obligation for retention.
